Lack lustre lamb was created by Gwen
Hi
she's bottle fed along with sister and isn't as active as the others. Ears are down.  Eating a bit of grass. Also one leg appears to be dislocated.
is there a home made tonic i can give her. I will splint her leg
Any advice please?

What age is she, and how long have you been bottle feeding? Has she had a decent intake of colostrum? Is the “dislocation” a birth injury or something that’s happened since. If it is a dislocation, I’m not surprised she’s showing signs of being in pain! You can’t really expect her to be as active with a leg that has an issue. I’d be wanting to rule out joint-ill if you’re not definite about a dislocation, in which case you need antibiotics, not a tonic. (Infection would be a greater risk without colostrum having been given, but can happen regardless)

Almost certainly there's infection in the joint rather than an injury. It may get better with a long course of penicillin. If you got the lambs off a sheep farmer they might be able to give you some, otherwise it's the vet.
