I know its been a while since you asked but here is the pastry recipe I use made in a kitchen wizz.

1 C Flour
125g Cold Butter
4 Tbsp Cold water ( Approx, I usually end up using a wee bit more )
Dash of Salt

Add flour, butter and salt to wizz and process to a crumb. Add water while motor is running and process to ball stage ( where everything is just starting to stick together ). Take out of wizz and place on lightly floured surface, coat in thin layer of flour. Place in plasic bag/gladwrap and put in fridge for 30 mins. Take out and roll on lightly floured surface. Pays to roll and fold about 4-5 times ( to make layers ) then roll to shape and use.
Great for bacon and egg pie .. and so simple to make.
