Kate, I am finding the homepage is now slow to load since the changes. ??????

It's loading here ok Toni, you got broadband or dial-up?

Dial up, can't get broadband here, but it was loading ok before the changes. Now, it gets so far and stops.

Are you having the same problem with any other sites?

Toni - the changes won't make any difference in loading speed...I've just swapped one colour for another. When you get onto a page in the forum, there should be a little line at the bottom of the screen that says 'this page was generated in 0.2 seconds' or whatever. That's the speed the server is uploading the pages - anything above that is caused by getting it from the server to your PC and there's not a lot we can do to influence that.
