Yes, 'tis very good, I got it out of the library and liked it so much I got my own copy for ongoing reference. :D

It is much more up to date than Trish Fisk's LSB book although I have a copy of her's too that I refer to..

It is so full of info I can even forgive him for leaving out Wiltshires when he talks about no-shear sheep! ;)

I did have problems finding a copy to buy, in the end I bought it at Touchwood Book's stand at the small block expo but they also do mailorder.

Yes - brilliant book, very good info - had some sheep on the place recently for a neighbour and when one was staggering around and clearly unwell this book was great.

Soon as I can afford it will be getting it - Touchwood Books have it for $39.95 plus postage (about $5).

I nearly bought it at the small block expo after tigger had mentioned it. I also picked up the permaculture book but when I went to pay the fella didn't have eftpos! He said I could go and get some out at the eftpos stand but I was on my way out and didn't want to. So now that you've reminded me I'll get my leaflet and send off fo them!

Heehehhehehe - I had the opposite problem, MM, bought me books by credit card zip zap to discover that he'd accidently picked up another ($80!) book under my pile and bagged it with mine! Was very honest and took it back, more fool me! :D

One other thing as well it's just as well I didn't buy them as they were more expensive than in the leaflet. He wanted to charge me $80+ for these 2 books and if I remember rightly in the leaflet they were $10 cheaper!!
So I'm glad I didn't buy them.
