LOL! Not on your life! I was a bare legged roman sandal type of gal!

Actually I nearly died on that holiday (2nd pic) I was out exploring along this track and I saw a mouse so I chased it...and nearly went over a cliff! I slide to a stop on my bum and my feet dangled over the edge! I damned near wet myself!

I do wonder whether that was the start of my fear of heights and why I can't walk up pathways that drop away!

I never did tell my parents what happened!
