Borders around pictures on computer..

Does anyone know of a programme (pref. FREE) that does this ? Thanks..

There was one which came with my printer, that did this, although it didn't get installed by default. Maybe your printer disk has this (or something like it) on it, or goto the printer website.

Now here is a depressing thought, my 9 year old taught me last school holidays how to do this, and its in the actual word document options, and I have forgotten again.

If you have time, I will ask her to show me again when she gets home from school...

Oops, I got myself in a muddle. Its for word documents under "format" then under "Borders and Shading". But it might not be quite what you want for pictures on another programme.

(Unless you wanted to import them into a word document and go from there).
