Yeah I'm good smilie chook!
Just the usual Telecom fiasco's we get every now and then, even tho we are with world exchange we still have to rely on a telecon line to get it here!
But you'll laugh, I rang tonight to say we had no phone line at all we couldn't ring out, rang 123 and got this ridiculous question answer thing, you havr to give a reason for your call so they can put you through to the right person.
Anyhow on the 3rd attempt, (they ended the call twice telling us to look in the yellow pages!!! Lot of ruddy use that is!!) 3rd attempt.....
What is the reason for your call?
I wish to make a complaint!

And got put straight through!!!! LOL!

It just shows, there's no point in beating around the bush eh!
Someone else told me that if you swear at it -- like really swear / use the "F" word etc -- you'll get straight through as well
I haven't tried it myself as we use Telecom as little as possible
TelstraClear have a similar Voice Recognition system which works quite well in my experience. But from all accounts, Telecom's VR system is extremely annoying
