i am having problems with my monitor:(,it is casting shadows over all text and the icons on the task bar you can barely make out,i am getting real bad coloured shadows on any item that has colours in them.it is that bad that you cannot make them out.you can barely make out the text on the top of the task bar.all the monitor has is 3 channels,brightness and contrast controls,even the smilies are hard to make out.
can anyone help[?]
It sounds like the video card is time expired or not sittting in its slot correctly. try taking the card out and reinserting it. If not get a new card from a reputable PC shop. Very easy to replace.
