Looking for cropping land to lease in Waikato region 4-6 hectare for a year at least, can anybody guide where to find it, unable to find on TradeMe or internet even.
My understanding is that under Waikato District Council rules (happy to be corrected) its easier to subdivide cropping land than other existing agricultural practices. There is a new estate going in not too far away, only after one rotation of potatoes.... was farm land prior to the property sale.
And we know what is happening to the Northern Waikato Food Bowl, it's mostly being subdivided for housing..
