Fabulous news, Ruth. I do wonder who or what this mysterious "South East Asian government" is, though, seeing as Southeast Asia is composed of 11 independent nations, each with their own government. Hmmm. :huh: :oops:

Also, Singapore Refining Company is actually a joint venture between Singapore Petroleum Company and Chevron. So I do think your upright, honest friend should do a little more homework! :lol:

By the way, with all the gender-fluidity options being instituted now, some of the government organisations are still way behind the times. One can still only be male or female, I discovered when applying for someone else's pension yesterday. (That sounds like a scam, for sure: I mean applying on behalf, for a computer-illiterate qualifying person.)
