Is this a rooster?

I received these chicks at 2 weeks and they were supposed to be identifiable from the colour (white boys, yellow/brown girls) but despite getting 3 darker ones I think I've been landed with a rooster among the hens. Can any one on here confirm if this is a rooster? They are 8.5 weeks old now. I also unfortunately have to rehome them in the next 2 weeks. If it is a rooster any ideas where he can go?

Look like all pullets, especially if they are shavers or hylines. The roosters of these are white feathered with a few brown ones. The pullets are shades of brown with a few white feathers in the tail and wings.
