I am so impressed it is thought I am capable of painting such a masterpiece. :blush: Stick animals are more my artistic ability. :whistle:

The guy that painted it based it on photos he took and many trip back to Lucci's cage to check on the "real" thing. He did originally draw the outline, painted in the tail as black and the head as green and sprayed much of the rest. The detail was sprayed and painted. Many walks back to view from a distance but no measuring.

He has been a helper staying here with his girlfriend in their way travelling around NZ. Will be leaving tonight on the next leg of their trip leaving me with a lasting treasure of his time with us.

That is so awesome

MM and myself on 4.2 acre orchard: Apple, Pear, Plum, Peach, Orange, Lemon, Mandarin, Fig, Apricot and Feijoa.
Plus 1 Dog (Whippet Kelpie cross), 2 Cat, 5 Sheep, Lots of hens and ducks - they keep moving so makes counting hard!! LOL And just recently 3 canadian geese

Wow, that is very impressive! Beats a butterfly stuck on the wall, hands down.

25 acres, 1400 Blue Gums, Wiltshire sheep, 5 steers, 2 cows, ducks, chickens, bees, dog, cats, retired, 1 husband and 3 grandkids.
