I'VE GOT BROADBAND

I know, I'm shouting but believe me I've got something to shout about After years of deteriorating dial up to the point I couldn't even open my email most of the time, Uber have connected me - this after saying they couldn't. I've now got things whizzing around my screen so fast I'm getting dizzy - or is it the wine I had to celebrate.[]

Struggled on dial up for years and then got broadband, what a difference.
Now all we need is service for a cell phone and we will be be right up there with the best of them

yay I know that feeling.....we got wireless after being on mobile 'cost an arm & a leg' broadband.....its so much better.

You are all so right. I could deal with dial up if it worked and at one time it was quite adequate - slow but adequate. Over the last 18 months or so it was virtually impossible to use unless I had all day to wait for LSB, the bank or Met service to load and if I was really lucky, after 15 minutes it would come up This Page cannot be Displayed. The air was often blue in this office. I became a dab hand at solitaire[].

Now I'm sending emails that just go, bang, gone. I've dabbled in Facebook which would have been impossible and posts on LSB don't disappear. I'm a happy chappy(ess). Solitaire, toilet trips and a cup of coffee have all had to be reorganised.
