gumboot marks on legs

Any idea on how to get rid of them??? .. I've tried scrubbing them with the back brush but that didn't seem to help.. short of using fake tan (yuk) I don't know what else to do... do I need to wear tights all summer???

Anyhow this winter I bought her the ladies skellerup high top gum boot and because they are a closer fitting boot, don't bang around so much. I wear boonies and don't get a mark, however we all wear steel cap work boots when handling the stock in the yards or walking about in summer/dry conditions.

max2, I suspect that there are a large number of women who wear men's gumboots because they fit comfortably. My wife and my ex for starters.
