Caprine Cuisine

I've been meaning to do this for over a week...[][]

The New Zealand Dairy Goat Breeders Association have put together a collection of recipes in a new book 'Caprine Cuisine - cooking with goat milk, cheese and meat'.

There are contributions from many well-known NZ chefs (including Peter Gordon, Paul Jobin, Bevan Smith, Chelsea Winter and Nadia Lim) as well as members of the association.

hmm... maybe you need as well as the "quote this" buttons, an "Email this" button so I could be lazy and not have to cut and paste the URL to an email to send this to my sisters email...

'Thread tools' at the top left of the first post has an 'email this page' option....does that help?

Ah, I tried it now to see if my sister gets it... So much easier than cut n paste. I didn't know of that little gadget of the site.
