Castle on TM
An amazing idea, one I am sure will be copied many times when concrete tanks leak too much.
I would love one, just for me, no kids allowed. Maybe not quite to decor but the concept.
I can vouch they can be moved, we moved our 22,000 ltr one. May need my partner to do it though [}

Muri a friend of mine had a property in Kumeu been there since around 1890ish from the look of the house.. the water tank was a square concrete structure on top of a concrete cool store.. the cool store had the old copper in it, windows for ventilation/light and was stuffed full of all sorts of produce either storing or drying.. terrific set up

I'm thinking that will be a great use for our currant in-ground concrete tank once we've put in our new tanks. All that's exposed is the top and it keeps our water beautifully cool, but it's time is fast drawing near as it keeps developing leaks and patching doesn't last for long.
I've been trying to find a cool area to store all our preserves in as our garage is far too hot and our kitchen far too small. Problem solved!
