Just watched it last night after downloading it (530Mb) what I wondered was how it would compare with here when you set up a small business selling meat to the public, it didn't mention how many hoops they had to jump through with the government bureaucracy, well worth a watch and very enlightening on the scale of the problem of food distribution in a time of rising energy prices.
Makes you realize just extreme the US farming model has become,large scale corporate farming and the slow death of many small communities,at least we haven't headed to much in that direction here in NZ,we have in some degree but its still mostly grass based.

available on DVD. Very similar message, presentation by Joel Salatin (a modern hero!) and Michael Pollan, and all in all a very inspirational film
