Hmm message from Adobe about loading one of their programmes on another computer

Just loaded my Adobe CS4 programmes onto my new laptop. Currently it is loaded also on my soon to be defunct laptop and my desktop. The old laptop one will be removed...

Just got a message from Adobe saying that they can see that I have loaded this particular CS4 serial on to two other computers and now this one. But to verify the other one is coming off, internet connectivity is needed.

WT?? I don't have internet on my desktop at all, and none on my now defunct old laptop. But seems like that is not an option to confirm with them.

So how are you supposed to prove to them - online - that you haven't got it elsewhere once that is done?

And does it even matter or am I likely to be DotCommed!! [}] Big Brother certainly is watching you!

phone their NZ support line and they'll probably give you a key to punch in and you don't hav ot worry.

well if the laptop accepted the serial,dont bother

Kept sending me the message with a countdown to when it would no longer let me use it...so ended up going to their helpline - live chat system, sooooo easy to use, great service, Telecom should take a leaf out of their book... much better onscreen dealing with this than on the phone...well done Adobe.
