Hi everyone.
I hope this is OK to post here.
Friends are asking for recipes to be sent (there is one week left) to make a recipe book to fund-raise for the family of Elliot, a baby with biliary atresia. She will need a liver transplant at some point - they do not know when - because of this illness, a blocking or narrowing of the bile ducts, causing scarring to her liver.
This illness has meant her family have costs associated with time spent away from home in Gore, as she is in Starship Hospital in Auckland. Her antenatalgroup have organised this recipe book as a fundraiser.
