Incubator turner motor needed

Black Chick 12 incubator.
Help, eggs in the incubator, turner motor has packed up.
We took it apart and one of the nylon gears have a couple of stripped cogs. [] Tried to file but it did not work, once it got to the stripped tooth it stopped. It was like watching paint dry waiting for it to get round.
I have been turning the eggs by hand.

Anyone know of anywhere that may have a variety of small nylon cogs?
There may just be one the same size.

Hey my good broodie would love to sit on some eggs. I've been too busy lately to put her in a cool off cage Do you want to borrow her? I'm heading past your way in the morning and I could drop her off.

Hi Spook try a model shop as in one that sell remote control cars etc

there would be one online I am sure as they have cogs and gears of all sizes

Jaycar also do - they have an online catalogue that may help
