Could you....would you?

I've posted this on Facebook but thought I'd post it here too. Would you use your phone as a torch in this situation? Could you lose it this way? How would the cow feel about it?

Well even if you used it as a torch, you would still need to be able to look at what the light was shining on-so why shove it right iinside-where you can't see anyway!!?

You might have once been a Bristol woman in her 20's ..... oops, I got a bit distracted there .....
If you left the phone on "send" then you may well get a few raspberries. A fantastic way to show your vet what is happening, though.

I fear insurance is now being used to cover things it was never designed to. People no longer take any responsibility at all for their own actions, mishaps or UTTER STUPIDITY!

surely to get the advantage of having a light in there you would need to stick your head in as well... to see what you could see !!??

Maybe he's a jerk and someone told him to do just that.

A young chap who used to help milk the cows with my husband, was calving a cow and lost his watch inside the cow, and the alarm was set for 5a.m. and whenever they had the cow in the shed for the next few weeks before 5a.m. you could hear the alarm go off if she was in the bale being milked. Cheers.

I can absolutely imagine people losing or wrecking their phones in all of those ways. There are no bounds to stupidity.

I could well believe a monkey snatching a phone - there are enough youtube clips showing similar things. Putting a phone up a cows behind - well what can one say.

One thing I really don't understand is why phone companies don't make their phones robust - it's not as if they don't have the technology. My incredibly ancient smartphone (one of the first - a palm treo at least six years old) still works despite my dog chewing both the antennae and screen.

But some of them are a amazingly robust,a friend of one of my kids dropped his smartphone three stories (intentionally) with no damage....i do wonder how his mum&dad feel about him doing that??

I think I would have made up a story about loosing it or dropping it in the toilet rather than admit to that. (I actually think that person must have made that up instead of telling the truth which must be even more bizzare!)

I know the don't survive going thru a wood chipper as my son found out. Found a few bits at the bottom but mangled it pretty bad.
