login issues was created by ronnie
OK, now I know this is probably my new computer, but I have major issues logging into this site. Have had no problems for ever, till yesterday. It would not accept my password. Even changed it twice still no cigar. Finally managed to get into the site, change my password back to the old on which I remember but still having to try about 3 times before succeeding. I keep getting "Invalid token" But when the login page turns from central to the left side of the screen, I can log in with no problems. Can't manage to get it to remember the site and password tho, even tho I tick the box. I suspect it is to do with cookies, but dont know enough about it to sort it.
So I guess I shall be seen less and less on here as it is such an effort to get here.
Still no outgoing email either and waiting for the tech to ring me back to sort it out.

Changing computers is a huge pain! What browser are you using - I'm sure Kate will ask.

It sure is Ruth !!!!!
This new computer is about 3 years old and still using XP Pro. The price for it was really, really good [
] which is why we went with this one rather than a brand new one which is just out of our price range for now.

So you probably still have Outlook Express, or are you an experienced Outlook user?

sorry, this should have been in the email issues thread, so have shifted it to there, but someone reading this thread might have some ideas as well.
Righto, we are now suffering major frustration levels.
The tech who installed the new computer says he copied everything from the old computer to the new one so it is Woosh's fault so doesnt want to know.
Woosh say that as I am getting incoming emails and access to internet it is not their fault and they dont want to know.
My webhosts have gone thru all the settings with me and looked into everything from their end so say there is nothing further they can do so basically dont want to know.
here it is friday afternoon and I still cannot send an email without going thru a lot of hoops and it is a ruddy nuisance.
The recurring theme here is that it may be something to do with upgrading from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007. But who do I contact about that??
Any one have any other ideas please. I am stressing out big time.
