Flavonoid Content of Selected Foods

I was looking up cider apple varieties and came across this on the flavonoids in different varieties of apples when I found this

I found it interesting especially the flavonoid content of tea and chocolate, so just passing it on.

Just me and the cat now, on 2 acres of fruit and veg + hazel nuts, macadamia, chestnuts and walnuts,
