A wee while ago (prob beg of last year) I remember there being an article about what was required to be able to sell homemade food products without going through the whole process of council things (I think)
I have a feeling it involved writing a report detailing your processes etc and all the precautions you would be taking etc. I think it was also connected to an article about a mother who had started a fudge making business ???
Does anyone remember it or have a copy? or tell me what is required?
