I'm looking for a certain song ...

I don't know the title, I don't know the artist but I try anyway:

It's about a 'darker shade of grey' or something similar.

There has been copyright legal action about it.

It's got an organ solo based on a fuge by Bach.

A Youtube link would be much appreciated I've never heard the whole thing, only ever short clips when the copyright legal action was in full swing several years ago.

On the colour theme I also love the hauntingly beautiful Edge of darkness theme by Eric Clapton. One of many favourite made for TV BBC series, starring Bob Peck and Joe Don Baker. Actually the BBC used to put on some dam good series, such as the Lotus Eaters with that really good instrumental of Ta tréna pou figan by Stavros Xarhakos
