I put a back break up behind the cattle yesterday. By this afternoon, I could see the line where it had been - grass is growing that fast.

Yep, same here as well, Yesterday was a great day, fired the pizza oven up and had pizza for dinner, today was good until about 3.30 then it turned

It's snowing!
...and by 10am look at the results, as long as it stays up there!
The Tararuas looked pretty chilly when we fed out at 7.30am, but all the babies were bright eyed and bushy tailed with a temperature of 2C.

And apart from the hail shower at 3pm yesterday, we've been fine but windy. Nelson has such boring weather !!!!

It's been snowing for about half an hour and is now like this!
I ventured out to check the stock and put out some hay when it started.
Luckily no calves imminent, though now I see from my window, one of the very pregnant 2 yr old heifers is now galloping round the paddock with her tail in the air-playing!
