Hi, I am trying to run an ad for my business page on Facebook. I have run several of these in the past with no issues.
But it is now telling me I am not authorised as an administrator to do so. Can't work out why or how this has happened or how to fix this.
How do I become the administrator for my own page??
or alternatively, how do I contact them to find out ?
I can find no "contact us" information - only useless "help" information which does not deal with the issue I have.
I have wasted far too much time on this already today. If they don't want my money, that is fine by me - just very frustrating as I have done the ad before.
I have the email address of NZ's one Facebook sales employee. I'll send it to you in a PM tonight if that would be helpful - in a conference all day so limited internet access.
