My Sky question.....

I have stuff stored on My Sky hard drive which I would like to up?load onto memory stick, dvd or whatever is easiest for a dummy like me! It has just occurred I will lose it all when too much cat scurf and dust gets into the system, and it gets replaced by Sky . Will it be easy or difficult? TIA.

we had our my sky replace and we had heaps stored, lost it all.

I dont think you can copy it over onto anything, be good if you could

When the tech installed our My Sky, he left the video still plugged in and working so we could download stuff onto video, so I guess it can be done.
