Mushroom Identity

Specimen 1 - Huge...about 7½" across
Specimen 2...Smaller - about half the size of specimen 1
These 2 types of mushrooms were found sprouting from my pine tree truck. Are they poisonous to cows or humans? They are in the paddock and the cows have a 'thing' for mushrooms.
Anyone know what type they are ?

After reading a book on fungi found in NZ I have decided it is too risky to try and identify anything, even with the book in hand! There are several very dangerous types out there that look so similar to safe ones that the book even said positive ID can only be done by someone very conversant with them.
The only time I would now assume a mushroom to be safe is if it is growing in a place where I sowed spore and even then there is no guarantee it is what you sowed.

Needs a sign saying "Eat Me"! Do your cattle eat fungi or just push them around?

They eat them unless I spot it first and throw it away.
