Email hosting

What does it cost? We have a guy charging us $9.95 plus each month, I can't get him to acknowledge my emails and he does not answer my calls.

We are having an issue with emails being returned to senders telling them our mailbox is full. It is not. [:0]
I just got a client to send two emails, one large, one small. I have the small one, no sign of the large one. [!]

What the blazes is going on??? We have been getting large emails prior to now.

Check if there is a JunkMail folder, which is taking up the space in your allocation. It may be that the system automatically is redirecting mail into that, so it looks like your inbox is empty, but the junk is filled.

Switch to Gmail, you'll never run out of space, and it's free.

Trash is empty, this particular address gets no junk...... that I can find.
All of the folders are empty, they always are.
Webmail gets emptied umpteen times a day. I am sitting in it now awaiting the LARGE one that was resent. Don't fancy my chances.

As it is a business email I am not sure if the boss wants gmail, we are with Telecom for broadband and can have an Xtra account but it is the changing of the address that daunts me.

So, not in Junk mail, any other ideas???

Do you have your own web domain? i.e. spoook.co.nz? Then you should get emails with your hosting i.e. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I use openhost, a kiwi company and they have plans starting from $6.99 I believe for web page hosting which woul dgive you 50 email addresses free.

I never understand why businesses use an xtra email address. Or any other of the providers like telstraclear or slingshot. You can never change your broadband provider without having to let all your customers know you have a new email address. And you will inadverently loose clients/money in the process. I would always use my own email host. Or a free service like gmail.
