Fishpond problems?

i have been trying to order books from Fishpond.co.nz without success in getting the order past shopping basket stage. I cannot find a telephone number and emails to help desk don't go through...

Does anyone know if something is wrong with them?

I sometimes get stuff from them for the library. I will try tomorrow to find the info for you, if I kept it, and post it here.

i get the monthly emails too Stickybeak but when you go to checkout the website doesn't progress any further.

I tried sending an email and that didn't work either, and of course there are no addresses or telephone numbers...

(bells ringing, I don't think I want to send them my visa details knowing that!).
