I have been using Firefox for a few years now cos it seems me friendlier than Explorer.
But the other day I lost all my tool bars. That means that I have no way of getting at all the book marked sites I have saved.
I have tried their website and it abso-bloody-lutely useless. No help whatever.
It says go to File or go to View and do this or that.
How the bloody hell can I do that iffin the tool bar aint there at all?
If I didn't have so many so important bookmarked site save in it I would delete that bloody thing and go back to Explorer.

Menu bar is missing
The menu

Windows:
If you don't see the menu bar in Firefox 3.6,

Thanks.
The F11 just makes the entire top, like everything dissapear.
The ALT brings the tool bar thingy back until I click or enter anything. But at least with that I can get to what I want so may be able to follow their dribble as to what to do to get it back like it used to be, cos at least now I can click the file or view or whatever. Come to think of it, it does give me more screen and just pres the ALT to get to me bookmarks Eh!
Thank again.

I thought the problem might be the cat walked over your F11, but seems not.
Press AlT like StuR says, but if in firefox 3.5 because like me you haven't bothered to get the latest and greatest release... you have 2 options not 1 instead of clicking "Menu Bar" in the "View" menu drop down "toolbar" submenu, there is "Navigation toolbar" and "Bookmarks toolbar"
I use the F11 option when I want to see more of something on the screen
usually in a not-for-kiddies website
