Anti barking collar!

Anybody got one I could borrow please? Or can you rent them?

I've had enough of Bonnies barking! It has to stop!

Our's broke unfortunately... don't think it was one of the better ones on the market... but I tell you what it took 2 zaps and that's it! No more barking from Zak!

Incessant barking I mean at new arrivals to the property etc.

She barks at everything unfortunately, I've tried all the approaches I can think of and they're not working. I have 3 other dogs to warn me of visitors and they know when to stop so I don't need her bog gob as well! lol

What make was the one you used sundays?

I totally understand. Zak taught our little dogs to bark too (so not cool!)... got them booked in for Obedience in Feb! Wish me luck!

My mum has just used one that she borrowed/rented from her vets at Whangamata, you could call your local vets and find out if they have one that you could use?

You can get different types MM. The citronella one we tried first on our schnauzer, the trouble with that one is that any other dog near to them can set it off, so even if the dog wearing it doesn't bark they still get a spray! And she didn't care about the spray anyway...
We now have a zap collar - 3 strikes and you're out!! It starts off with a very light zap after a couple of barks and if they continue it does get harder. But in saying that, they do learn! (to count to 3 and then stop for a minute so it resets!! [])
I do find them useful, one of my beagles (my lovely boofy boy Brodie) hears me come home and then will just bark until he gets fed....and that can be 2 hours later. He gets the collar put on and just gets on playing with the others.
When you first use it you need to use it while they are on their own, they can really make a noise with the first couple of zaps and you don't want the other dogs ganging up on them.
And before anyone says anything - Yes I have tried it - No not round my neck![]and it does give you a good tingle but is not over the top!

The Petsafe ones have a warning beep which means the dog gets a reminder before being zapped.

I had one of those key ring finder beepers,,2 dollar shop.
Put it in the car and whenever someone barked it did beep,,unfortunately it did beep when I had the radio on aswell so it drove me nuts
But it did work!

(one of the dogs did bark when I left them in the car, hard to control when you are not there)

get one of those 2 dollar ones and hang on her collar!
If it doesn't work it was only 2 bucks

Might just try all those ideas! Can you do them all at once!

if the cost is of no importance just send me a couple of hundred dollars and I will pray for that she stops barking
