Probably a bit far away!
Hey you do realise that the original article works on a 100 MILE radius! We've limited ourselves by going with the Kms havent we! More of a challenge I expect!

Hundred miles from here can get everything, just "local" most things lots of wineries, Tui,animals and veges, fruit so not a problem.

tigger!!!! for my own good '3' times! Cripes!
Ah PNZ, I'm sure they would be lovely with a little garlic!
Toni I don't smoke, so can't answer that, and I shan't lecture ya about smoking either!
But it ain't good for yer ya know!
Ah yes now! The most important thing! I can survive without food! But as for the wine well I doubt it!
So 2 wineries I can think of at the moment is the very local Vilagrads and I know that the Rongopai winery isn't too far up the road. Unfortunately Hawkes bay is just too far out of the zone, damn and blast it! My fav too!

Anyone think of some more? My zone central is Hamilton, a circle encompassing the following
heading: north up past Manukau just short of Takapuna. Heading in an arc eastwards it includes some of the Coromandel just missing Tairua but has Whagamata, Waihi and Mount Maunganui. It Takes in Tauranga but misses Te Puke. It encircles Tokoroa and arcs halfway between Te Kuiti and Taumaranui. Quite a bit of the west coast falls into that too, and a big section of the Tasman so some fishing may be in order!
To find out your 100 KMs (sod not miles lol) get a compass, adjust it to the 100km distance shown in the key on your map. Find roughly where you are situated and place the point of the compass there and draw a big circle. That whole circle is your 100km radius! It's quits big really!
Now it occured to me that many of you are probably on the coast, you might want to have your position placed on the edge of your circle.
