Body Corp help needed

I am a member of a body corporate, also on the committee.
We are somewhat dis-satisfied with our current secretary, we are prepared to do the works ourselves.
How do we oust the current secretary?
Anyone know how complex it is to be a Body Corp secretary?

All the information you need should be listed in the Body Corporate rules. It's much like an incorporated society and the rules, if needed (ie. you can't get them out of the current administrators) should form part of your title IIRC and thus be available that way.

I don't imagine it's uncommon, I had occasion to be instrumental in removing an administrator for a BC. There was a great deal of disatisfaction regarding their services and they were most unhelpful during the changeover but the owners have been very happy with the new people since.
