Hopefully you will be able to stay there, it is an amazing place. You have to go to Birdlings Flats beach and collect gemstones. Take your camera and send me some pics if you get there, I forgot to take mine.[]

I remember you saying how much you enjoyed your stay with Moggy, Spook. It looks a lovely wee set up.

I'm actually thinking about doing something similar to Moggy but it will be in a seaside village. I've heard some talk that hefty new taxes may be introduced for B & B's/homestays and the such which is off-putting.

Is anyone else here involved in this industry? If so, what do you make of the proposed new taxes?

Hey Midge, we have been thinking about doing homestay but have not caught up on any new proposed taxes. Is it supposed to be in the budget next week?

Anyway, have you sold yet and on the move or just still planning on it?
