Book - Reversing Heart Disease

Can anyone recommend such a book?

I checked the link Organix posted in the Amazon thread and there is a whole heap of them. I don't want to order all of them.:rolleyes:

I can't personally recommend it as I have never seen a copy, but one of my suppliers (I think it might have been one of the warehouse guys at Arthur Holmes) recommended the book "Left for Dead" by Dick Quinn. It was mentioned to me because one of the essential ingredients that the author used to recover from his so-called terminal heart condition was cayenne.

Here on Amazon , there are 26 reviews of the book that give mixed opinions.

Google Strauss (sp) heart drops. A friend of mine took these for some time and said it helped.

I've got the Liver Cleansing Diet book by Dr Sandra Cabot. It is a brilliant book. I didn't know that she's written a Cholesterol book as well.

The Nutritional Bypass sounds very interesting, too.

The DVD "FoodMatters" also includes heart related matters and is a brilliant watch. Widely available from health shops and alternative health providors :cool:
