If you are, and you're watching The Last Samurai then when the big final charge comes to rescue the goodies watch out for my lovely horse Robbie. He's full screen for about half a second with his ears flat back and looking terrified [}][}]

He's chestnut with a big white blaze [8D]

Quite right, I thought it was Sky movies but I got it wrong...[]

Even watching carefully we managed to miss Robbie's half second of fame. It's easier when you play it in slow motion...[][]

That's cool :cool::cool: I'm guessing you didn't meet Robbie...he wouldn't need make up as he's gorgeous already [8D][8D][8D]

Ha ha - no I didn't meet Robbie but I did meet Tom's "mechanical" horse. He was amazing. Very lifelike!!! I forget how much he cost to make but the detail was incredible. Difficult to tell you weren't standing next to a live horse.

I must say that the whole crew were in awe of the horses and how well they coped with the filming during the battle scenes. The stunt horses are amazingly well trained and it watching them work was one of the highlights of filming for me.
