HELP PLEASE! Anyone have connections in Singapore? was created by GloPony
My uncle (who is a Singapore resident) has been missing there for a month now. His passport hasn't been used to leave the country but it's not at his residence either.

I have a 'Missing Person' email that I am trying to get out to as much of the ex-pat community as I can.

Try the racing websites Glopony, not sure if you have much to do with the racing side, but there is alot of kiwis that go over there.

all the best that things turn out well, I believe from my Uncle who used to live there that Singapore is very upright in their policing, conduct etc so I am sure thorough investigations are on going.

My relos are in Europe and USA, but my cousin is in some sort of international directorship group and has many many contacts world wide. I know she has just left Vietnam and heading back to USA, if you like email me through the profile I will get the details to them to spread about...

No, still no word.

Then I hear today that Dad flew out of American Samoa just yesterday after a refuelling stop on his way to Maui. Thank goodness he wasn't running a day late! My family are a bit of a concern at the moment! :(

Hiya swaggie, thanks for thinking of us. :)

No, still absolutely NOTHING! There was some hope when we thought he may have renewed his British passport & be travelling on that but this was a dead end too. No one has seen or heard from him since the 23rd of August; bank accounts haven't been touched, no phone activity, no nothing. :(
