Good on ya. Its always a handy thing to have. Did mine a few months ago after only 5 minutes practice. Its almost scary how easy it is. After only 5 minutes practice I am now licensed (F endorsement) to drive one on the roads[:0]

Back to forkhoist licences....... during your test were you shown how to load / fit and hook up an lpg bottle on a gas forkhoist?

Nope spoook i wasn't ... had 1 day totally theory/writing, had 1 run the next morning with a forklift and move some pallets round , then the written test , then the practical test
Not a Lot of practical i thought as i hadn't driven one for about 15 years prior to going for F class licence

bev if the hydrolics are jerking or slow to lift. Look underneath body about where seat is you will see drain plug in a round plate, drain oil out into container then take round plate off, take filter out clean it out then put it all back together and hope that its all fixed:)Oppps put oil back in through gearleaver hole(take leaver out first) lol If you want to know more PM me as I have books and also a DB990

No, but did mention a few things like make sure valve is to the top treat bottle carefully, make sure bottle is secure at all times.
