i want the tractor ... land is to far from where i am ,, but i want the tractor :) ... bit expensive for the tractor though :( lol

The property has been on the market for months so I guess that was one way to move it along.

Had been watching it waiting for them to drop the price down to closer to what it is actually worth with the intention of maybe buying it as a long term retirement property as we love that corner of the country.

Looks like we've missed out now LOL. (still got 20 years to get it organised so guess there's no rush) I imagine they will get something close to what it is actually worth.

Mind you it could go pearshaped yet.
