bev ... did ya see Sportavian

Hey bev I have just finished watching Sportavian run the race of his life in the Craig Thornton steeplechase ... lucked in when a riderless horse took the fav off the course and out of the running [] but even so he was jumping beautifully your friends will be stoked[^] ...
Did you have a wee bet on him [}]... he paid $20.60 and $4.30 the place[:0] .. I was not on him cos' I don't bet on jumping races in case I jinx the horses[][}] still LOVE watching them tho
I reckon Sportavian could notch up a few this season:cool:

yes Bev .. i wondered about that False start thing ... as to my mind, it meant they had to go a further distance... which being a non-horsey person, i was thinking me as in human ... and buggered if i would want to do an extra lap
