The text you can cut and paste, that's easy, the hard part is saving all the pictures and then adding them to the text once posting on here! Good luck!

Are there lots of pics?

yes there are quite a few pictures...
I tryed to put it as attachment but it's to "large" (338kb) and attachements can only be 195kb :(
