This poor little cat was stuck in its own collar it was under its arm and wedged there for what the vet thinks 2 weeks...she was skinny as a rake and very weak

I am putting up flyers today to see if i can find her owners as she is such a lovely cat someone will be missing her for sure...
So is it just me or are there more sick wounded unwanted animal magnets out there

I am happy that i tramped that day and turned right and not left as she was only 5 steps to the right....if i had gone left she would have died a very horrible and painful death as no one really goes up on the logging tracks at the back of our place...that was my good deed for the day, mum was proud of me...she was gipping as the poor little thing stunk of rotting flesh...i didnt think i had become that hardened to odd smells but mum reminded me 5 years ago i would have benn gipping with her....lol..how things change eh!

Powerguy, the collar was a safety collar, the cat had managed to get it under her arm and got it stuck..i will never ever use another collar as long as i have cats after seeing that..it was pretty horrific! I have a killer cat and i have a collar for him with a huge bell on it but he now will never wear it again...the birds will ahve to wise up to him im affraid

Leonie, i know someone will be very greatful she was such a lovely little thing, purred at me all the way home...bless, she must have been in some pain too..i am going to pop in to the vets today and see if they will let me see her

Being Yorkshire born and bred I recognised the word "gipping" as soon as I saw it. Such a lovely descriptive word I think; it conjures up such wonderful images!!! [xx(]
