I have this little cube calendar with a cute cow that is telling me it is your birthday but L is telling me my date is wrong. What's new???
I was so sure I was getting in early by sending salutations tonight to greet you in the morning.

I spoke to Geoff yesterday and he had a great time - I still can't believe we're that old - Im sure there has been a terrible mix up somewhere along the line with our birth certificates - I know Im only about 35 - one of the triplets must have been swapped!

As good Kiwis, we went to the port to look at the Emirates Team NZ base on Christmas day

We were at the Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias yesterday and in one of the exhibits they had the antipodes.....and Valencia is almost exactly the other side of the world to NZ so we're as far from home as it's possible to be [:0][] Looking out onto apartment block after apartment block we're sure not in Te Miro now [][]

Really hot here [}]

Cold and very cold [}] Jackets, scarves, thermals for outdoors and even then it's 'brisk'. It's also dark by 6pm and doesn't get light until nearly 8am....

You probably should have stocked up on possum things, like insoles etc before you left []
We do have a few customers in Spain[:0] but could always do with more[^]

We were given possum insoles before we left...very useful
