Moving out....

Most of the house is packed up and the removals men arrive at 9.30 [] It seems a little surreal, packing up the toothbrush, dismantling the bed, getting ready to move it all into storage (well, not the toothbrush, that will come with us [])...

The only room not yet tackled is my office [][:0]

We've loved living here and although we wanted to sell it I'm glad it's still ours

The adventure begins...

Kate you will have a blast and once you turn out of the drive it begins....its great that you get to keep the home...will you rent it out whilst you are away...how long will you gone for, sorry if you have already said all this but i have been painting for what sems like forever so have not kept up to date
When we packed up from the UK we did it all ourselves and it was very odd putting all my stuff into a 40ft container that was parked on the roadsie, we had a window of 2 hours to fill it up!!! ...then to shut the door at the back of me...we had a very happy 4 years in that home...but the adventure of New Zealand laid ahead and what an adventure it still is
