Actually, feeding all the animals at your place would be enough exercise for anyone MM.

too much alcohol my luv! since i been drinking again i've put on all the weight i lost after my leg op....but i'm soooooooooooo not into self deprivation, one must have chocolate and alcohol []

to add to this .. I have an amazing exercise programme that I'm working through now... sit on a firm chair and extend your arms out to the side. Hold a 5kilo potato bag in each arm and hold out as long as possible, once you can manage that progress to a 7.5kilo bag, 10 kilo bag etc.. I'm up to a 25 kilo bag now..... once you've mastered that - then start putting a potato in each one []
