Fail safe roast chicken

Here is a chicken recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a stuffing!
When I found this recipe, I thought it was perfect for people like me, who are just never sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out.
Give this a try.
BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN
1,5 kg whole chicken
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup uncooked popcorn
Salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and uncooked popcorn (mixed together). Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Listen for the popping sounds.
When the chicken's arse blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it is done.
And you thought I couldn't cook.

You would be so proud of me! I cooked thursday (boyfriends birthday) i made snitzel and crumbed it myself an everything! Then saturday i cooked a lamb roast and a pork roast (the freezer at work defrosted lol) and THEN on sunday we had visitors who decided they were staying for tea so i made lasagna! and 1 of the visitors was my brother who is a chef and sat there eating his dinner going "oh my god this is actually really good!" [!]

Well actually i had gone home NO dinner cooked in my house last night!!!!!! The teenage wastemaster finished off the lasangna and i had my standard marmite and toast
Starting to feel deeply emotionally scarred with all this slander on my bad name....its taken me years to prove that i DO NOT COOK and train those around me not to expect food....and now my reputation is in tatters sob sob [xx(] []
