The Handy Hubby's Naughty Puppy chewed through my (work [:0]) computer mouse cord, so I've bought a new one.
Its an easy-peasy plug-n-play USB port model.
On opening the package I find that it comes with a 93 Page :confused: user manual in eight languages.
It also comes with an installation instruction booklet.
The instructions for installation are:

I'm sure some teckie person will give me the reason, but why can't the rest of the instructions appear on the screen after you plug the mouse in? :confused:
Result, one small piece of paper in the box with "Please plug the mouse into your pc USB slot, further details will appear on your screen" some trees saved. YAY!
I despair at the waste of paper sometimes, we're shopping around for mortgages and I've wanted to securely email all our info to the banks. (we do banking etc all online so no papers statements, all downloadable) Some have accepted it but one this week wouldn't. So I printed out everything for her, all double sided making sure no paper was used more than neccessary.
The mortage woman wouldn't accept my copies but insisted on photocopying them herself ........................singlesided [
