Hi
I am unsure what to do. My cat, which is the lowest in the pecking order of 3 others, has been 'visiting' the neighbours 2 doors away and they have been feeding it an making it welcome [:(!]! The ironic thing is, that their unneutered tom is making life terrible here for my cats and dogs and myself, dominating them all, fighting and coming inside and eating their food and spraying (INSIDE!! [:(!]) and is a big part of the problem. Anyway, things came to a head on saturday as my cat had only been home for 2 nights during the week and I went on a search for her. This is when I discovered the tom is theirs and they had my cat. I told them of the problems I am having with their tom and could they please not feed my cat or let her sleep in their house and shoo her home etc. I have had my cat locked up in the house since then but is there anything I can do to ensure she wants to stay at home? My cat is a purebred seal ragdoll and these neighbours say they have been looking after her for a month! Their tom is also still being a problem. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Jude

Sorry I don't see a good solution here. When I introduced a speyed female here , five years ago, the incumbants never accepted her, [5 neutered males] two of them make her life hell, and also started spraying inside, so they are in a big dog run when I'm not home, sometimes one more is one too many.[B)] The neighbours tom........no decent solution I'm afraid. Cats will be cats and wander. :( :( :(
